Kimberly is currently working on an evaluation consulting team as a research associate at Imoyase Community Support Services. She is currently leading two projects funded by the Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) division of LAC Dept of Public Health. Her current responsibilities involve supporting data collection and analysis of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) prevention services for two community-based organizations. These programs are serving South Central LA youth and families, and the Skid Row community in DTLA. In addition to these local projects, she is currently supporting her evaluation team with data collection and analyses on a county-wide initiative known as Ready to Rise. This work focuses on measuring the effectiveness and impact of 49 youth development programs serving those previously involved with or at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system, foster care system, and more.
