Krista currently serves as Director of Research and Evaluation for the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality where she leads an applied research and evaluation team to design, conduct and manage projects in partnership with youth development organizations to strengthen practices and programs within a continuous quality improvement framework. Previously, she managed measurement and evaluation projects at Boys & Girls Clubs of America to inform youth development, program quality and professional development priorities. She has served on local and national working groups to drive alignment throughout the field of youth development and in 2018 was recognized by the American Evaluation Association with the Marcia Guttentag Promising New Evaluator Award.
