Dana teaches at the University of Wisconsin-Stout (UW-Stout), one of the campuses in the UW system. She is an assistant professor of psychology in evaluation at UW-Stout, teaching in both the BS in Psychology and MS in Applied Psychology programs. In addition to teaching, she conducts research on evaluation and supervises students on their thesis projects.
